County Court - Civil Division

Effective July 1, 2009, many new filing fees, court costs and service charges will change, pursuant to Senate Bill 1718, which was signed into law by the Governor on May 27, 2009. The Florida Legislature regulates court fees, and while the Clerk’s Office is responsible for collecting fees for various court-related activities, it will not be able to retain any portion of the fee hikes.
