Reinstate a Drivers License

The Orange County Clerk of Court can reinstate your driver's license at most Clerk's office locations. There is a $60.00 fee for a Florida driver's license reinstatement. The fee must be paid in person.

In order to have your driver's license reinstated, you must have paid all outstanding traffic citations and met all court requirements.

**You can only pay traffic citations issued in Orange County. Citations issued by another county must be paid in that county.
